Application Fee:

• $50 non-refundable fee per applicant
• Each occupant 18 years and over must completely fill out a separate application. Picture ID Required

Deposit & Admin Fee:

• $150 non-refundable administrative fee
• $50 deposit due at move in upon credit approval

Pet Fees:

• $300 non-refundable for one pet, $600 non-refundable for second pet
• $15 per month pet rent for one pet; $25 per month pet rent for two
• A current vet statement is required.  Breed restrictions apply.  Two pet limit.

Garages:

• $75 per garage
